How much is the application fee?
The application fee is $75 per person. Everyone 18 or older who will be living in the home is required to complete an application.
How much is the security deposit?
Our security deposit starts at $500 and ranges up to one and half month’s rent depending on credit.
Is renter’s insurance required?
1. Yes, we require all residents to have renter’s liability coverage.
How do I pay my rent?
Rent can be paid online through the resident portal via bank account, credit, or debit card.
Are any utilities included in rent?
No, the utilities (Pest Control, Valet Trash, Cable and WiFi) are an additional $132 flat rate fee every month.
Is water included in the rent?
No, the water is based on usage and get billed back to you.

Do the apartments have a washer/ dryer?
Yes, all apartments include a full-size washer/dryer.
Is parking open or reserved parking?
Parking is open to everyone; we have garages for rent at $145 a month. We also offer storage rooms starting at $75 a month.
Is the community pet friendly? What is the pet policy?
We love pets! We even have 2 dog parks! Our pet fee is $400 for one pet and $600 for two. The pet rent is $25 per pet and all pets must be screened through PetScreening. The following breed and/or breed mix dogs are restricted – Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Dane, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, and Wolf-hybrids
What is your late fee policy?
Rent is late on the 5th of the month and a late fee of $100 is charged. Please reach out to the office if you expect a delay in making your rent payment
Is the community smoke free?
Yes, our community is 100% smoke free. Smoking of any type, including vaping, is prohibited on property grounds.
How will I receive my packages?
Packages will be delivered by our FETCH package delivery service. Residents can schedule most deliveries through their account in the FETCH App.
